Punctuality thresholds Long distance passenger train is considered punctual if it is at most 5 minutes behind schedule. A commuter train is considered punctual if it is less than 3 minutes behind schedule.

Punctuality is presented as a percentage of trains that have departed from their station of departure and arrived at their final destination less than 3 minutes behind schedule.

Delays due to infrastructure management in long distance traffic (5.4.2012)  Delays due to infrastructure management is presented as a percentage of trains that have been delayed due to rail infrastructure malfunctions and operations, for example malfunction of safety device, signaling or electrification or rail maintenance work.
